Since the inception of the Tractor Raffle program 11 years ago, G&R Ag Products has been a proud sponsor every step of the way. Over the years, as the program has evolved to further promote agricultural education and reach new audiences, the Idaho FFA Foundation has been able to rely on support from G&R Ag Products. From the very first antique tractor, to the 2020 Polaris Ranger 1000, G&R has supported, advocated for, and promoted the Tractor Raffle Program.
“We have been involved in it ever since Sid and his wife started it many years ago and have been able to support the next generation of farmers and ranchers through this program,” said Curt Ruehl, Owner of G&R Ag Products, “We work directly with the farmers, ranchers and the agriculture industry so supporting this program is all part of what makes Idaho one of the ag leaders in the nation.”
For this year’s program, G&R Ag Products has graciously provided a custom-built sprayer for the Ranger. The sprayer contains a 50-gallon tank with a 5.3 gallon a minute spray rate and a 25-foot spray pattern with 30 feet of hose. On its way to the Owyhee County Fair, the Ranger stopped by G&R Ag Products to be fitted for its custom sprayer.
The Idaho FFA Foundation is grateful for G&R Ag Products continuous support and their dedication towards providing for the next generation of leaders the tools necessary for success. “We are blessed to have G&R Ag Products as a lifetime supporter of the tractor Raffle Program, it is because of people like Curt that this program continues to grow and give back to our students in the form of not only scholarships but also chapter support,” said Marcia Jedry CAE, Idaho FFA Foundation Executive Director.
Thank you, G&R for your continuous support! We look forward to the next 11 years.
